Who we are

What we collect

When you use our contact form we collect your first and last name, email address, mobile number, your message and, if you choose to give it, your date of birth.

When you visit the studio we may also ask you to fill in a consent form for your tattoo, piercing or laser treatment.

How we use it

We only use your details to reply to your message, arrange and carry out your appointment, and keep the records we're legally required to keep. We never sell your information or use it for marketing without asking.

Photographs and videos of your tattoo, piercing or laser treatment may be used as content to promote the studio on our social media and website. We only ever use your image where you have agreed to it on your consent form — if you haven't agreed, we don't take it or post it.

Who we share it with

Messages from our contact form are stored securely by our website provider and a copy is forwarded to our studio email inbox. Bookings made through Fresha and vouchers bought through SumUp are covered by their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

We keep contact messages only as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry, and consent forms for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing or calling us. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
